How to Find Gnaw

Gnaw is a Secret Cat Friend, not a gym bench cat and not a Little Friend. Public badge trackers put the win-rate near 0.2%. That number is the hunt, not a broken server. Play Cats Morphs Friend Rescue by F84 Games has been live on Roblox since 24 Oct 2022. Ten-player online rooms share Floor 3, so a rare door can still be empty when you arrive.

This page is the Gnaw method. Broader secret rules (Angel, Lucifur, Glitch, Sapphire, member rooms) live on Secret Friends. Gym layout lives on Floor 3. Names around the court sit on Floor 3 friends. If you cannot reach the gym yet, stop and run Unlock Floor 2 and Floor 3 first.

Gnaw is not a kitten

Do not bring an egg. Unlock Kittens and the paint and egg locations atlas hatch Little Friends that follow you. Gnaw does not come out of an incubator. Painting a green paw in the trophy room will not spawn this morph.

Gnaw is also not Angel or Lucifur. Those two sit in a secret room you reach by buying the Busted Teleport Remote and keeping teleporting. Remote rolls will not place you in Gnaw’s den on purpose. If you spent Robux on the remote and landed in the gym, you still have to walk the button route.

Sapphire is a Floor 1 wall clip. Glitch is an extremely rare Floor 2 spawn on the Floor 2 friends list. Different floors, different methods. Gnaw’s community hunt is a multi-button / secret-door route tied to the Floor 3 pool and court wing.

Where the hunt lives

Unlock Floor 3, then treat the gym as a stealth map, not a race. The gym teacher owns mid-court. Wear a Teacher’s Pet morph if you have one so teachers ignore you. Hall monitors still tag. Detention returns the Floor 1 lobby; you keep morphs, not your place in a half-finished button set.

Community routes (the long location videos players actually finish) look like this:

  1. Sweep Floor 3 for unmarked buttons that share a small matching drawing. These are not the four-button obby that opened the gym. That obby is the unlock. Gnaw buttons are extra.
  2. Press the matching set. Community hunts often log about ten of these. Friday patches can move a button, so treat the count as a community map, not a law F84 printed on a chalkboard.
  3. After the set, check a secret cat-shaped door in the pool area, often described as sitting between life rings.
  4. If the door is open, rescue Gnaw and morph. If it is dead, you missed a button, pressed gym-door buttons by mistake, or the hunt moved.

Do not camp an empty pool for twenty minutes. Empty is normal at 0.2%. Walk the button loop once more, then leave and collect court cats on Floor 3 friends. Come back next session.

A blue barrier on a cage in a hidden pool room is a different puzzle some players notice while hunting Gnaw. Do not assume every blocked cage is this morph. Tick the matching buttons and the cat door first.

How to press buttons without wasting the night

Memorize the drawing on the first Gnaw-style button you find. Ignore buttons that clearly open a sports door you already used. Peek corners; the gym teacher punishes mid-court sprints.

Yarn still exists on Floor 3. If a button sits behind a short gap, try the ball before Spring Shoes. Shop Gear ranks the rest: Teacher’s Pet is the strongest free stealth versus teachers; Smelly Fish stuns a camped doorway; Catnip is only for empty recoveries after detention; Spring Shoes are optional ledges, not a Gnaw ticket; the Busted Teleport Remote does not replace the button set. Jump and yarn binds: controls. Ten-player servers can stand on a button. Wait.

When the pool door stays shut

Re-walk buttons that share the drawing. One missed press is the usual fail. Confirm you are on Floor 3, not repeating the Floor 2 four-button unlock. Check Friday drops if the pool wing looks restyled. Do not hatch an egg just in case. That is a different collection. Do not invent a promo code named Gnaw. Codes stay empty unless a redeem box appears.

If the door opened for someone else in the same server and not for you, finish your own button set.

Gnaw is a collector finish, not session one. Survive Floor 1, open Floor 2, then the free Floor 3 path. Sweep visible gym morphs so a detention is not a blank morph menu. Park Angel and Lucifur on Secret Friends. Paint kittens on a different day so you are not carrying an egg through vents. The door is easy to walk past and the buttons look like decoration; that is why the badge sits near 0.2%. When the door opens, tap Gnaw, morph, and leave the pool. The hunt is over when the badge posts, not when you screenshot the empty door.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Cat-School rescues, morphs, and Friday drops.

Is Gnaw a kitten or Little Friend?

No. Gnaw is a Secret Cat Friend. Eggs and incubators on Unlock Kittens will not hatch it.

Where do I look for Gnaw?

Floor 3 pool and court wing. Community routes press a matching unmarked button set, then check a secret cat door between life rings. See Floor 3.

Can the Busted Teleport Remote find Gnaw?

No. Keep using the remote for Angel and Lucifur. Gnaw is a Floor 3 button-and-door hunt, not a teleport roll.

Why is Gnaw's badge win-rate around 0.2%?

The buttons look like decoration and the pool door is easy to skip. Empty rooms are normal. It is a rare secret, not a broken gym.

Do I need shop gear to rescue Gnaw?

No. Teacher's Pet stealth is the best free help. Smelly Fish and Spring Shoes are optional. Rank buys on Shop Gear.

What if the pool door never opens?

You likely missed a matching button, used unlock buttons by mistake, or hit a Friday move. Re-sweep, then check Friday drops.
